This design was meticulously crafted to maximise the fabulous views of the natural shell-shaped bay of Sao Martinho do Porto and the sea. The architects have honoured the past by creating the illusion of a majestic vessel floating on the water with its bow pointed to the sea. Spacious balconies elegantly depict wave patterns, emulating the sea's rhythmic motion. Geometric and wooden elements are a reference to the ancient caravels, while the ground floor is adorned with a mosaic of gorgeous blue tiles, mirroring the tranquil hues of the Atlantic Ocean.

VALE FURADO
The contemporary architecture blends naturally with the surrounding beach landscape with sea views in all apartments. Natural elements give this project a beach-inspired theme, with spacious living & leisure areas designed for relaxation and comfort. Villas Foz is a new build community of two-level, contemporary villas, architecturally designed to take advantage of each plot's natural slope, maximizing privacy and space.

ALDEIA DOS SOBREIROS
The design of these modern villas was inspired by the strength of the Portuguese "sobreiro", a protected oak tree which provides the cork that is a distinct element in these homes' unique architecture. Additional Portuguese details include ceramic outdoor tiles and Portuguese “calçada” stones. With a “clean" and sophisticated design, the ground floor villas seamlessly flow outdoors, through large floor-to-ceiling windows that connect the indoor living areas to the huge plot of land. Each villa also has its very own outdoor swimming pool and a private garden.

A boutique complex of modern apartments set in a small urbanization of only 11 properties, with stunning views of the Bay of Sao Martinho do Porto. The remit to the Architect was to design a building that would be iconic in design, abdicating the traditional block design for a building that is modern and with a design that challenges traditional symmetry.
The building has six apartments with private balconies and varying views of the countryside and the famous natural shell shaped bay of Sao Martinho do Porto. Facilities in the building include undercover parking and an elevator to the roof terrace with a roof top swimming pool that has 360º views of the bay and the Portuguese countryside
COLOMBO
Set on an incline with beautiful country views, the architect has elected to invert the layout of this modern home to both maximise the country views, while at the same time facilitating easy access to both the home and more private swimming pool and entertainment area. This modern designed living space is awash with plenty of natural light through large glass windows and doors that lead onto the spacious terrace. Settle done at the end of the day on your terrace with gin and tonic in hand, as you enjoy the sun setting over the countryside.
